Hunting Woods Estate

This 5,000 square foot custom home is located in Hunting Woods Estate in New Castle, New York. It includes 4 bedrooms, 4-1/2 bathrooms, and a 3 car garage with bonus room above. The project included a formal living room, dining room, family room and gourmet kitchen with breakfast area.

This 5,500 square foot custom home is located in Chappaqua, NY. It includes a 3 car garage with media room above. The first floor includes a formal living room, dining room, office, powder room, mudroom and laundry, kitchen and family room with breakfast area, and the master suite with walk-in closets, master bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub, and double sinks. The second floor includes 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and walk-in closets.

This 4,200 square foot custom home is located in Hunting Woods Estate in New Castle, New York. This 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath house includes a 2 car garage, laundry, eat-in kitchen, family room, living room, and dining room.

This 4,500 square foot custom home is located in Sleepy Hollow, NY. The selection and use of land was an integral part of this home. It included wrap around cedar decking and extensive landscaping including the design and construction on a Koi pond.

Mohegan Lake, New York

Cortlandt Self Storage

In addition to the construction of 70,000 square feet of climate controlled storage buildings and 1,600 square feet. Each storage building contains multiple size units. Each unit is climate controlled and range in size from 4' x 4' to 10' x 20' in size.

Pelham Manor, New York

Pelham Country Club

Construction of 10,000 square feet maintenance facility including 7,000 square feet of equipment storage and garage. There was an additional 2,200 square feet of offices, conference, lockers and 2 small efficiency apartments were built.

Croton, New York

Retail ShoppingCenter

Construction of 18,000 square feet of retail space consisting of 5 stores. Contract included site excavation, installation of retaining walls, installation of all utilities, blacktop parking lot and landscaping.

Briarcliff Manor, New York

Briarcliff Self Storage

In addition to the construction of 70,000 square feet of climate controlled storage buildings and 2,200 square feet of offices, the contract consisted of site work including drilling, blasting, installation of drainage and water mains.

Bronxville, New York

Siwanoy Country Club

Construction of 7,500 square feet maintenance facility including 5,000 square feet of cold storage. There is an additional 1,500 square feet of offices and lockers and a 1,000 square foot maintenance shop was constructed.

Croton, New York

Salsa Restaraunt

The design and renovation of a 1,500 square foot restaurant including a 600 square foot commercial kitchen and a 900 square foot dining area with custom bar.

Cortlandt Town, NY

Town of Cortlandt Emergency Boat Launch

This municipal project for the local fire department was a unique project as it required not only working with an aquatic element but working against the shifting tides of the Hudson River. Tasked with building an emergency launch ramp and an accompanying floating dock, the SGB team laid a concrete launch ramp while building the entire docking structure atop strategically positioned repurposed telephone poles. Though with the inherent difficulties poised by the project, the team was able to create both in a speedy fashion to provide a valuable asset to local firefighters.

South Salem , NY

Dubbin Pond in South Salem

For this project, SGB was contacted by a client that wanted to expand a one acre pre-pond into a full fledged 3 acre wide fish pond on their property. In no way an easy feat as the area was buried in over 35 years of sediment, nonetheless we took on the project with the promise of giving the client the pond they’ve always wanted.

Town of Cortlandt Municipal Building Courtyard

Landscape design and construction including brick walkways, fountain, memorial, handicap ramp, decorative lighting, benches and plantings.

Verplanck, New York

Steamboat Dock Pavilion

Constructed as part of a waterfront preservation project the pavilion included historical brick walkways, decorative benches and a stone memorial.

Montrose, New York

Veterans Association

Bridge construction over a small, picturesque creek in order to connect Route 9 and the VA so traffic could flow more easily but still keep the scenic harmony of the roadway and landscape in tact.
